Kumbhalgarh Hike
Hike past India's own Great Wall
Kumbhalgarh fort, a massive 15th century fortress was once considered impregnable and even today, it has a forbidding façade with seven spiked gateways. Start your hike from the base of Kumbhalgarh. You will first walk downhill before starting a gradual incline that takes you through the Kumbhalgarh Wildlife Sanctuary. Home to antelope, wild boar, chinkara, as well as jungle cats and leopards, it is also a delightful spot for birders.
