Jaagir Lodge
A Tree of Life eco-conscious lodge in Dudhwa National Park
Set between large expanses of sugarcane fields patchworked with small mustard farms, the Jaagir Lodge in Dudhwa was once a British plantation estate and hunting lodge. Built in the 1940s, the lodge’s antique furniture, beautiful wallpaper patterns and rich upholstery exudes a sense of understated luxury. Located near the Indo-Nepal border – the lodge is situated in the Terai foothills. Its philosophy of community welfare and ecoconscious living makes it a rather exclusive wildlife retreat.
