Kanha Jeep Safari
Discover Kanha's key wildlife across its many zones
With numerous zones like Kisli, Mukki and Kanha, the Kanha National Park is best explored by jeep – and the dirt tracks that wind through the forest allow you to break away from the other vehicles and improve your chances at sightings. The key wildlife to look out for while visiting the Kanha National Park is: hard ground barasingha (this species of barasingha at one time ranged across central India however, today it is found only in Kanha), the royal Bengal tiger, leopard, chausingha or the four horned antelope, honey badgers, Indian wolf (extremely rare) , stripped hyena, rusty spotted cat, pangolin, among others.
